Chicken Breasts Rolls with Cream Cheese
Cream Cheese with Blue Cheese | Cream Cheese with Herbs | Low Fat Cream Cheese | Regular Cream Cheese | Cream Cheese with Tomato
1. Heat the oven to 392ºF/200 ºC. Season with salt the chicken breasts.
2. Spread the breasts with cream cheese and roll. Dip the rolls in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
3. Combine butter, lemon juice and garlic. Dip the rolls in this mixture. Avoid dipping excessively due to acidity.
4. Place on baking sheet foil-covered. Bake 35-40 minutes.
Substitute turkey in place of chicken if preferred.
