Cream Cheese and Red Berry Cups
Low Fat Cream Cheese | Regular Cream Cheese
1. Pour the yoghurt and the super-fine sugar into a bowl. Whisk together until getting homogeneous cream.
2. Spoon some cream cheese filling into the cups. Chill for 2 hours.
3. Heat a part of the red berries with a little of sugar until fruit is hot and sugar dissolved. Let cool.
4. Top with the sauce and red berries.
When preparing the red berry sauce, take into account the sweetness wanted.
