Cream Cheese, Tuna and Pepper Stuffed Tomatoes
Low Fat Cream Cheese | Regular Cream Cheese
1. Cut the base and top of the tomato. Empty the inside of it with a teaspoon.
2. Combine the inside of the tomato, the chopped pepper, the tuna and the cream cheese. Blend the mixture.
3. Fill tomatoes with the mixture by using a pastry bag.
4. Sprinkle with spring onion pieces and pistachios.
