Mushrooms, Pork Shoulder and Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
Cream Cheese with Herbs | Low Fat Cream Cheese | Regular Cream Cheese | Cream Cheese with Tomato
1. Chop the mushroom, pork shoulder and sauté them in skillet with a pinch of salt.
2. Add the cream cheese and mix well.
3. Spoon the mixture into the peppers
If preferred with sauce, sauce could be made with mixture of the stuffed.
