Preparation time: 35 minutes

Ingredients (4 persons):

• 100 g Hacendado Cream Cheese (natural / light)
• A stream of liquid cream
• 100 g of quince
• 4 chopped walnuts
• 4 sliced dates

Step to follow:

1. Beat the Creamy Cheese (natural / light) with the cream to make a thick cream.
2. On the other hand, beat the quince until it is creamy with a little cream.
3. Add a few pieces of nuts and dates in the cups and alternate the cream cheese with the cream of quince until it is 4 layers in total.
4. Finally, decorate with the remaining pieces of nuts and dates.

Advise:

In case you want the layers to be noticed more, chop the quince with the knife into small dice instead of beating it.
